• Scholarships: Over USD 10 million in scholarships awarded to our graduates over the past 11 years.
• KCSE Success: 90% of our 2024 students who sat the Kenya Certificate of School Examination (KCSE) transitioned to university.
• KPSEA Results: 92% of our 2024 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) students met & exceeded expectations.

Developing our Teachers We invest over 100 hours annually on teacher development sessions to ensure that our educators are dedicated to ensuring that our students grow their intellectual confidence so that they are prepared to take their place in the world. Innovation & Leadership Programme Our Innovation & Leadership Programme is designed to guide students on a journey from self-discovery to impactful community leadership. It begins by helping students understand their identity, purpose, and personal leadership, then progressively expands their focus outward; empowering them to apply these skills within their school, their city, and ultimately, the African continent and the world. The programme provides a framework for developing self and community leadership while grounding students in African history and heritage as a foundation for future innovation and action. Beyond the Classroom Opportunities We recognize the vital role that Physical Education and the Arts play in supporting the overall health, well-being, and growth of our students. We believe that a diverse co-curricular and extra-curricular programme enriches learning by positively influencing concentration, attitude, and academic achievement.

As part of this commitment, we offer a wide range of opportunities in music, the arts, and sports; encouraging every student to explore their interests and talents. Our students also have the chance to compete both locally and internationally, representing our school and community with pride. Post School Success Programme At Nova Pioneer, we are deeply committed to preparing our students for life beyond school—equipping them with the confidence, clarity, and capability to thrive on the global stage. Through our Post-School Success (PSS) Programme, students receive personalized coaching, career guidance, and practical tools to navigate their journey from high school to university and beyond

Our impact speaks for itself: Across Kenya and South Africa, we now have over 1,500 alumni who have earned places at more than 120 leading universities worldwide, including Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Manchester, the University of Toronto, and CALTECH. Over the past 11 years, our graduates have been offered over USD 10 million in scholarships and over USD 2 million in scholarships awarded on matriculation; a testament to their excellence and the quality of preparation they receive at Nova Pioneer.
